Order Cancelation Policy
AZEEM AUTOS.PK believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
HOW TO REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CANCELLATION?
To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, and issue at [email protected] and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can
WhatsApp us on 0315-0222850 from Monday to Saturday between 12:00 am - 8:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our "Exchange Policy" will apply.
AZEEM AUTOS.PK may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or no response from the customer.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping after confirmation from customer.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day / Express Delivery category.
